We came into town from dallas Fort Worth in a new Audi SQ8 that we just bought from dfw audi in grapevine... We didn't have any air conditioning on our trip down and they were able to get us right in and service our A/C in the car letting us know that grapevine Audi never even checked to see if we had Freon (spelling) when we bought the car! Great dealership! Would highly recommend ! Can't say as much for the Audi grapevine Tx tho!

The new location is much nicer though the parking is a mess. The high-end luxury dealer also owned by Hitech needs to be knocked down and turned into a parking garage. The service advisors, especially Darrell Robles, are at least as helpful as they can be. Darrell in particular deserves 5 stars for going above and beyond. The hands of the service advisors and their immediate managers are tied by years of awful upper management. Brian, the current GM, seems to have a good idea of what needs to happen to turn things around but he's stuck with the daunting task of making up for gross ineptitude on the part of his predecessor(s), a task akin to bailing out the Titanic with a thimble. Hopefully the service dept. continues to improve their scheduling lead times and loaner car availability; it requires some planning as it stands now.

What an incredible buying experience! We came in on Tuesday looking for a new vehicle and AJ provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. As soon as I submitted my financing online he reached out and got me and my wife in the door to look at cars. He was able to work within the parameters of our budget and put us in a dream car! Once we selected a car, Nissa stepped in as the finance manager and she was incredible. Talked me through every step of the process and clearly explained all the documents I was signing. Couldn't believe how quickly everything went. Overall, this was the best car buying experience we have had. We really felt like we were VIPs from the moment we walked in. The experience Nissa and AJ provided have made us customers for life! Can't wait for the next time we need a new car!
